The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road. The overhead pedestrian bridge has a distinct, modern, enclosed design typical of transit infrastructure in North American cities. A van with "Alliance Maintenance Ltd" is visible, which is a company operating in the Vancouver area. The surrounding urban architecture and the style of the traffic lights strongly point towards a major Canadian city. I suspect this is near a SkyTrain station in the Vancouver metropolitan area.

I am reasonably sure this is in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.
