I see a Tim Hortons truck, which is a massive clue pointing directly to Canada. The architecture and street signs are consistent with a busy, modern Canadian urban center. The yellow line on the left indicates right-hand traffic. The overall density and style of the buildings suggest a major city, likely Vancouver given the aesthetic. I am quite confident this is in Canada.
