The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The signage uses a specific diamond-shaped lane indicator common in North American cities, and the phone number format (778 area code) points directly to British Columbia, Canada. The architecture and the "Urban Dental Clinic" signage are consistent with a modern urban environment in Vancouver. I am very confident this is Vancouver, British Columbia.
