The road markings and the signage style are distinctly French, with the characteristic white-on-blue directional signs. The architecture of the apartment blocks in the distance is typical of French suburban "grands ensembles." The signage mentions "St-Denis-Laval," which points towards the Paris region or nearby areas. I am fairly confident this is in France, likely in the Île-de-France region.

I suspect this is near Saint-Denis, France. I am 60% sure.

The road sign clearly says "OULLINS," which is a commune in the Lyon metropolis. The driving side is on the right, consistent with France. The architecture and the presence of a "Lavage" (car wash) sign confirm the French context. I am now very certain this is in the Oullins area near Lyon.

I am 95% sure this is in Oullins, France.
