The scene shows traffic driving on the right side of the road. The architecture, including the brick buildings and the style of street lamps, strongly suggests a North American city. The festive lighting on the trees indicates it is likely winter or the holiday season. The overall urban density and building style are characteristic of downtown Vancouver, specifically the Gastown area. I am quite confident in this location.
