The green bike lane and the yellow taxi are strong indicators of New York City. The architecture, including the scaffolding and the specific style of the high-rise buildings, is characteristic of Manhattan. I see a sign for "Modern Age," which helps narrow down the location. The overall urban density and the presence of a construction site are very typical of the city. I am quite confident this is in New York City.
