The red building features the sign "KOSMETIK SOPHIE," which is written in German. The architecture, with its classic European urban style and red-brick construction, is typical of Northern Germany. The red-and-white construction barriers are also highly characteristic of German roadwork. I am quite confident this is in a German city, likely Hamburg given the architectural style.
