The street sign clearly indicates "NE 21 ST," which is a naming convention common in Florida. The presence of palm trees and high-end luxury car dealerships like Braman Exotic Vehicles strongly points towards Miami. The architecture and the specific street grid suggest this is in the Edgewater or Midtown area of Miami. I am very confident in this location.
