The traffic is moving on the right side of the road. The signage features Cyrillic script, which, combined with the mountainous backdrop and the specific architecture of the apartment blocks, strongly suggests Mongolia. The city layout and the style of the buildings are very characteristic of Ulaanbaatar. I am quite confident in this assessment.

Country: Mongolia, City: Ulaanbaatar.
Confidence: High.
