The road markings and the presence of a "Truly" advertisement suggest a North American urban environment. The architecture of the high-rise buildings, specifically the green-accented facade, is very characteristic of modern residential developments in Vancouver, Canada. The traffic lights and general street layout align with the dense downtown core of that city. I am fairly confident this is Vancouver, British Columbia.
