The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The street sign style and the "GVW > 11,800 kg" truck restriction sign are highly characteristic of Canada. The dense, modern glass skyscrapers and the overall urban aesthetic strongly suggest a major Canadian city like Vancouver. The presence of a Toyota Crown and the specific overhead traffic light configuration reinforce this North American urban setting. I am fairly confident this is downtown Vancouver, British Columbia.
