The architecture features classic European "Altbau" style buildings with ornate facades and high windows, typical of Germany. The vehicles and street layout, with cars parked on both sides of a narrow street, strongly suggest an urban residential area in a German city like Berlin. The sky and light conditions are consistent with a cool, autumn day in Central Europe. I am fairly confident this is a residential neighborhood in Berlin.
