The architecture of the building in the background, with its distinct facade and roofline, is characteristic of Central European urban areas, likely Germany. The graffiti-covered side walls suggest an urban, perhaps slightly neglected or transitional space. The metal bridge structure in the distance is a strong landmark often found in industrial or railway-adjacent areas of German cities. The overall atmosphere and vegetation align with a temperate climate. I suspect this is in Berlin, Germany.
