The architecture features distinct balconies with white railings and awnings, which is very common in Greek urban residential areas. The street layout and the style of the buildings strongly suggest a neighborhood in Athens. The lighting is very dim, but the density of the apartment blocks points towards a major metropolitan area in Greece. I am moderately sure this is Athens.
