The double yellow lines in the center suggest right-hand traffic, common in Brazil. The "ALUGA" sign on the building is Portuguese, confirming a Brazilian location. The tall, modern residential towers and the specific style of the utility poles are very characteristic of urban Brazil. The climate and vegetation appear tropical or subtropical. I suspect this is in a major Brazilian city, likely São Paulo or a similar metropolitan area. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
