The road markings feature a double solid white line, which is common in many European countries. The architecture of the street lamps and the general appearance of the vegetation suggest a Central or Eastern European setting. The red brick sidewalk is a very characteristic feature often found in Poland. I suspect this is somewhere in Poland, possibly a suburban area. I am moderately sure.

The signs are clearly in Polish, confirming my initial suspicion. One sign explicitly mentions "Warszawskie," which strongly points toward Warsaw. The style of the signs and the pedestrian crossing markings are typical for Poland. I am very confident this is in Warsaw, Poland.
