The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road. The sign on the right mentions "SÉRGIO," which is a Portuguese name, strongly suggesting Brazil. The tall, dense urban architecture and the specific style of the traffic lights and street layout are characteristic of a major Brazilian city like São Paulo. The "ZKF" sign and the overall atmosphere confirm a large metropolitan area. I am fairly confident this is near Avenida Paulista in São Paulo.
