The road signs are in both Arabic and English, which is characteristic of the United Arab Emirates. The specific locations mentioned on the signs, such as "Al Warqa'a" and "Al Rashidiya," point directly to Dubai. The highway infrastructure and the modern skyline in the distance confirm this is a major thoroughfare in Dubai. I am very sure of this location.
