The yellow double center line indicates North America. The heavy concrete overpass structure with graffiti-covered shipping containers suggests an urban industrial area, likely near a port or major highway interchange. The overall aesthetic feels very much like the Northeastern United States. I suspect this is in a city like New York or Philadelphia. I am moderately sure of this region.

The concrete structure and the specific design of the overpass, combined with the glimpse of a bridge truss in the distance, strongly point to the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge in New York City. The view is consistent with the lower level of the bridge or the approach ramps on the Queens side. The industrial, urban environment matches the Long Island City area. I am quite confident in this location.
