The "OKUL TAŞITI" sign on the van is a clear indicator of Turkey, as this is the standard designation for school buses there. The architecture, including the old stone wall structure, is highly characteristic of historic districts in Istanbul. The traffic signs and road markings are consistent with Turkish standards. I am quite confident this is Istanbul, likely near the historic city walls.
