The signs are in Italian, mentioning "Mugnano" and "Campania." The vegetation, specifically the umbrella pines, is characteristic of the Mediterranean landscape in Italy. The signage and general urban environment strongly suggest the area around Naples. I am quite confident this is in the Campania region, likely near Mugnano di Napoli.
