I see a paved bike path with clear markings and a distinct skyline featuring tall skyscrapers in the distance. The architecture and the layout of the park near the water strongly suggest a major US city on the Great Lakes. The skyline profile is iconic and matches the view from the lakefront parks in Chicago. I am very confident this is Chicago, Illinois, likely near the Lakefront Trail.
