The architecture and street style strongly suggest a major North American city, likely in Canada given the specific urban layout. The presence of a "Woodwards" sign on the left building is a major clue, as it is a historic landmark in Vancouver's Gastown district. The night scene and urban density align perfectly with the downtown core of Vancouver. I am quite confident in this location.

Country: Canada, City: Vancouver.
