The "no parking" sign with the red circle and diagonal slash is very common in Indonesia. The architecture, specifically the water tank on a metal frame and the style of the fence and walls, strongly points to an Indonesian residential area. The vegetation, including the frangipani-like tree, is consistent with a tropical climate. I suspect this is in a city like Jakarta or Surabaya. I am moderately sure.

The text on the gate clearly says "DILARANG PARKIR," confirming this is Indonesia. The sign "PAB" and the specific style of the residential gate and roof tiles are very typical of urban areas in Java. The dense overhead power lines are also a classic feature of Indonesian city streets. I am now quite confident this is in the Jakarta metropolitan area.
