The street sign is green and white, typical of Indonesia, and the dense overhead power lines are very characteristic of urban Indonesian areas. The architecture, including the gated houses and the open drainage ditch, points strongly toward a residential neighborhood in a large Indonesian city. The vegetation is lush and tropical, consistent with the climate of Java. I suspect this is in Jakarta or a nearby satellite city. I am moderately sure of this location.

The Indonesian flag visible on the pole confirms the country. The dense web of power lines, the specific style of residential architecture, and the narrow street layout are very typical of urban areas in Jakarta. The presence of a white pickup truck with local markings further supports this assessment. I am quite confident this is within the Jakarta metropolitan area.
