The road signs clearly indicate a junction for "I-55" and "US 41". The style of the signs and the concrete highway surface are typical of the United States. The architecture of the tall residential buildings in the background suggests a major urban area, likely near Chicago given the I-55 and US 41 intersection. I am quite confident this is in the Chicago area.
