The sign says "LINHA FÉRREA," which is Portuguese for railway line, indicating I am in Brazil. The yellow warning sign style and the general urban architecture are very characteristic of Brazilian cities. The double yellow line in the center suggests a two-way street. The vegetation and the overcast sky look typical of a temperate or subtropical region in Brazil. I am fairly confident this is in a Brazilian city.

The yellow traffic sign with the railway symbol confirms my earlier assessment of Brazil. The dense, mature tree canopy lining the street is very common in residential neighborhoods of cities like Curitiba or Porto Alegre. The architecture of the houses and the parked vehicles, including hatchbacks like the VW Gol or Fiat Palio, further support this. I am quite certain this is in southern Brazil.

I suspect this is in Curitiba, Brazil. I am 80% sure.
