The architecture and the "Copel" sign, which is a major Brazilian utility company, strongly suggest I am in Brazil. The language on the yellow sign is Portuguese, confirming this. The urban density and style of the buildings point toward a developed metropolitan area, likely in the southern or southeastern region. I am fairly confident this is a Brazilian city.

The sign "Belczak" is a strong indicator, as it is a well-known vascular clinic based in Curitiba, Brazil. The high-rise residential buildings are characteristic of the dense urban landscape found in central or upscale neighborhoods of that city. The Brazilian-style license plates and the general vegetation confirm the location. I am very confident this is in Curitiba.
