The driving side is on the right. The overhead wires and the specific style of the stone walls and pine trees strongly suggest a Mediterranean urban environment, likely Italy. The architecture and the general atmosphere feel very characteristic of the outskirts of Rome. I am fairly confident this is in Italy, specifically Rome.

The ambulance design and the Hilti sign confirm the European context, and the distinctive red brick wall with stone capping is very typical of Roman monumental architecture. The presence of umbrella pines further reinforces the location as Rome, Italy. I am quite sure this is a major road leading into or through the city. I suspect this is near the Via Appia Antica or a similar historic artery in Rome.
