The architecture of the buildings, with their ornate, high-density European apartment style, strongly suggests a Central European city. The street signs are blue and white, which is characteristic of cities like Vienna, Austria. The paved street and the presence of numerous bicycles point toward a pedestrian-friendly urban environment common in German-speaking capitals. I suspect this is Vienna, Austria, given the specific aesthetic of the street signage and the building facades. I am moderately sure of this location.
