The architecture, with its tall, narrow buildings and specific window styles, strongly suggests a Mediterranean urban environment, likely Portugal. The red-tiled roofs and the presence of a red fire hydrant typical of the region further support this. The vegetation and the light quality are consistent with a city like Lisbon. I am reasonably sure this is in Portugal.

The architecture and the specific style of the scaffolding and balconies are very characteristic of Lisbon’s older districts. The road markings, including the "30" speed limit painted on the asphalt, are standard for Portuguese urban zones. The overall atmosphere and building density confirm my initial suspicion of Lisbon. I am now quite confident in this location.
