The road markings and the style of the signs, specifically the blue rectangular overhead sign, strongly suggest Brazil. The architecture and the dense overhead power lines are very characteristic of Brazilian urban areas. I see a sign for "Probel," a well-known mattress brand in Brazil. The overall environment feels like a mid-sized city in the southern or southeastern region. I am fairly confident this is in Brazil.

The road sign clearly lists "Champagnat," "Rebouças," "Cristo Rei," and "Est. Durival Brito," which are all well-known neighborhoods and streets in Curitiba, Brazil. The presence of these specific locations confirms I am in the city of Curitiba. The signage style and the urban layout are consistent with this region. I am very certain of this location.
