The architecture, particularly the Victorian-style house with the spiked gate and the specific brick paving, strongly suggests South Africa. The sign "El Burro TAQUERIA" is a well-known establishment in Cape Town. The overall aesthetic and the style of the security infrastructure are very characteristic of the Western Cape. I am quite confident this is in Cape Town.

Country: South Africa, City: Cape Town. Confidence: High.
