The road markings and the general appearance of the street suggest a right-hand traffic system. The sign "MUVEPAR" and the .com.br domain clearly point to Brazil. The presence of Araucaria trees in the background is a strong indicator of the southern region of Brazil, likely Paraná. The architecture and urban density feel like a mid-sized city in that state. I am fairly confident this is in Curitiba or a nearby city.

The architecture of the tall building with distinct vertical columns is very characteristic of Curitiba's upscale office districts. The street layout and the specific style of the blue metal fencing are common in Brazilian urban centers. The presence of the "R" logo on the building suggests a corporate or residential complex in a central area. I am confident this is located in the Batel or Bigorrilho neighborhood of Curitiba, Brazil.
