I see traffic driving on the right side of the road. The street sign says "Al. Min. Rocha Azevedo," which is characteristic of Brazil. The architecture and the presence of a "Justiça Federal" building indicate a major Brazilian city. The urban density and style strongly suggest São Paulo. I am quite confident in this location.
