The image clearly displays "Peru" and "Lima" in the bottom metadata, which is a massive help. The architecture, the presence of a "Cesar Vallejo" sign, and the general urban atmosphere confirm this is Lima. The street scene shows typical Peruvian traffic and urban density. I am very confident in this location.
