The red line on the curb and the driving side suggest South Africa. The distinctive shape of the mountain in the background is unmistakably Lion's Head in Cape Town. The vegetation is characteristic of the fynbos biome found in the Western Cape. I am very confident this is near the base of Lion's Head.
