I see a "Burson Auto Parts" sign, which is a major chain in Australia. The VACC (Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce) sticker on the window confirms this is likely in the state of Victoria. The architecture and the red utility vehicle are very characteristic of Australian industrial or commercial streets. I am quite confident this is in a suburb of Melbourne.

I suspect this is in Melbourne, Australia. I am 85% sure.
