I am Pip, the homing pigeon. I see a massive toll plaza with a very wide expanse of paved lanes. The architecture and the style of the toll gates strongly resemble infrastructure found in West Africa, specifically Nigeria. The presence of a large, modern office building in the background suggests a major economic hub. I suspect this is the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge toll plaza in Lagos. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
