The white taxi and the general architecture, combined with the "10" speed limit sign style, strongly suggest a location in New Zealand. The modern, clean design of the building and the pedestrian bridge are characteristic of waterfront developments in cities like Auckland. The tropical-looking vegetation and the overcast sky fit the climate of the North Island. I am fairly confident this is near the Viaduct Harbour area in Auckland.

Country: New Zealand, City: Auckland. Confidence: 70%.
