The real estate sign explicitly mentions "Cremorne," which is a well-known suburb in Melbourne, Australia. The "Teska Carson" agency is also a prominent Melbourne-based commercial real estate firm. The architecture, featuring converted warehouses and industrial-style buildings, is very characteristic of the Cremorne area. I am highly confident in this location.

Country: Australia, City: Melbourne (Cremorne).
