The bus is driving on the left side of the road, which is common in Commonwealth countries. The signage for "Wilson Parking" and the "Barclay Suites" points towards a major city in New Zealand or Australia. The bus route sign mentions "Richmond Rd," which is a prominent street in Auckland, New Zealand. The architecture and the specific branding on the bus confirm this is likely Auckland's city centre. I am very confident this is Auckland, New Zealand.
