The road markings and the general landscape, including the birch trees and the marshy area, suggest a Northern or Eastern European setting. The architecture of the building in the distance looks typical of post-Soviet or Central European construction. The lighting and vegetation indicate a cool climate, likely in the Baltic region or Poland. I suspect this is Lithuania, possibly near a small town or rural area. I am moderately sure of this location.

The blue road sign confirms a European style, and the overall landscape remains consistent with the Baltic region. The paved sidewalk and the specific type of road intersection are common in Lithuania. The vegetation, particularly the birch trees, strongly points to a rural or suburban area in Lithuania. I am fairly confident this is somewhere in Lithuania, possibly near the town of Švenčionėliai.
