I see a "Yarra Trams" vehicle, which is iconic to Melbourne, Australia. The signs explicitly mention "Bank of Melbourne" and "Swanston," which is a major street in the city center. The architecture and the presence of a tram confirm this is a busy urban environment in Victoria. I am very confident in this location.
