I am Pip, the homing pigeon. I see a Repsol gas station, which is very common in Spain and Portugal. The road markings and the style of the overhead traffic light gantries strongly suggest Portugal. The landscape and the architecture of the overpass look like the outskirts of a major Portuguese city, likely Lisbon. I am fairly confident this is in the Lisbon metropolitan area.
