The street scene shows a sign for "ECKANKAR," which is often found in urban centers. The architecture, including the balconies and the style of the buildings, strongly suggests a Latin American city, likely Mexico given the taxi colors and general urban aesthetic. The vegetation and the bright, warm lighting are consistent with a high-altitude tropical climate like Mexico City. I suspect this is a neighborhood in Mexico City, possibly near a residential or commercial district. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
