The architecture features distinct arched colonnades, which is highly characteristic of Italian cities like Rome or Turin. I see a McDonald's sign, which is common in major urban centers. The street layout and the style of the buildings strongly suggest a historic European city center. The night setting and the density of the buildings point toward a major metropolitan area in Italy. I suspect this is Rome, near the Termini station area.

I am fairly sure this is Rome, Italy.
