The bus stop sign indicates "Av. Dr. Arlindo Vicente," which is a street name found in Portugal. The architecture, the specific style of the bus shelter, and the vegetation are characteristic of a Portuguese suburban or peri-urban area. The clear blue sky and lighting suggest a Mediterranean climate. I am fairly confident this is in Portugal, likely in the Lisbon metropolitan area.

I suspect this is in Portugal, specifically the municipality of Loures or a nearby area. I am 75% sure.
