The road markings and the style of the blue directional signs strongly suggest Portugal. The landscape features a mix of urban development and hilly, Mediterranean-style vegetation. The highway infrastructure, including the guardrails and lighting poles, is characteristic of major Portuguese motorways. I suspect this is near Lisbon, possibly on the IC19 or a similar arterial road. I am moderately sure of this location.

The split in the road and the concrete overpass structures are very typical of the dense motorway network in the Lisbon metropolitan area. The graffiti on the concrete wall and the specific type of tall, thin lighting poles reinforce my belief that I am in Portugal. The vegetation, consisting of dry grasses and scrub, matches the climate of the region. I am quite confident this is near the outskirts of Lisbon, likely on the IC19 or A37.
