The phone number on the van starts with "04", which is the standard mobile prefix in Australia. The signage style and the "Clearway" sign are typical of Australian urban environments. The sun position and vegetation suggest a warm, temperate climate. I suspect this is in a major Australian city, likely Melbourne given the aesthetic. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
